Added per-effect toggle for 32-bit/64-bit data being fed to the VST.
Prior to this version, native format of foobar2000 version was used, that is 32-bit for 32-bit foobar2000 and 64-bit for 64-bit foobar2000. Unfortunately some effects can't handle 64-bit data.
