VST 2.x/3.x Adapter

Many bug fixes and performance optimizations.
Fixed a bug that prevented changes in settings of some VST3 effects from being saved and used.
Added VST3 preset file loading and saving.
Now using 64-bit floating-point processing where appropriate.
Added "Visualize with VST" command, which lets you use VST for realtime monitoring (without actually processing data).

Supported systems: Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
