Changed to use WASAPI instead of MME interface.
Added support for recording playback devices in loopback mode.
Added support to record in exclusive mode.
When recording non-interactively, for example to a file with Converter, the recording can be stopped cleanly with a "Stop recording" button that will appear in the Playback section of the main menu.

Supported systems: Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit.

Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
