Bug fixes:

Fix automatic removal of trailing dots and spaces from lyric filenames
- This behaviour is intentional on directories but not file names
- Users with existing lyric files that have had trailing dots or spaces
  removed may need to rename those files for OpenLyrics to find them.
Fix being unable to load or save some file paths from portable fb2k
Fix requests to Metal-Archives all returning 403
Fix logs sometimes being spammed with warnings about missing UIE panels
Fix an assortment of log lines that could be a little misleading
Fix possible log spam during startup
- There is now an extra level of 'debug logging' that uses the existence
  of a file in the fb2k config directory.
- Logs emitted early in startup will only appear if this file is present
