Change log:
- FFmpeg path configuration now accepts full path too with included executable binary name. Previously the path had to point to the directory.
- Now prevents FFmpeg from seeing leading and trailing ID3 and APE tags in the files to prevent them from affecting the results.
Supported systems: Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit.
Works with foobar2000 v1.6 and newer
